Guest House – Bed and Breakfast
Book direct at bottom of Bed & Breakfast page .
Min. 2 night bookings preferred - single nights may be available.
Payment in full at time of booking.
Arrivals between 4-9 p.m. unless arranged. Departures by 10 a.m. on leaving day.
Shepherd's Cottage
A non returnable deposit of £150 is required to confirm a booking.
The balance is due four weeks before the date of arrival.
Bookings are made direct at bottom of Cottage page.
Arrivals after 4 p.m. - Departure by 10 a.m. on leaving day.
Self Catering Rooms
Minimum two night bookings preferred. Single nights may be
available.
Bookings are made over the phone with a Debit/Credit card or PayPal
(2% charge) via email.
No charge for using U.K. Debit cards - 2% charge on all Credit cards, non U.K. cards and PayPal.
Arrivals between 4 – 9 p.m. Departures by 10 a.m. on leaving day.

+ 14 days before arrival date, a total refund less 10%.
- 14 days before arrival date no refund.
Shepherd's Cottage
+ 28 days before arrival date, a full refund less 10%.
- 28 days before arrival date, no refund.

private sign and down the hill to park at our house.
